This is a 10" model, by the way, and has the mouse buttons at the bottom of the touchpad where they belong (not on the side like on some other netbooks). Only major disadvantage is the 3 cell battery.
Works with OSX386 Leopard, albeit with certain incompatibilities.
These also work very well with Ubuntu Ultimate Netbook Remix (UNR). I'm using that on an MSI Wind U90x now. Of course, mine came with SLED 10, not Windows...
I would advise against paypal as it does not provide extended warranty like most credit cards do. A larger purchase might have been a different story... Last I heard those little netbooks just might break down in two years but not so likely in 1.
I think their CS is not bad. I had two experience with them and are happy with the service quality.

^ I don't see why not. You would use your invoice to prove extended warranty anyways. Bing dropped to 5%. Argh...
