Dell has the excellent Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Unlocked Smartphone for $232 + free shipping after using the 3% DPA (Dell Preferred Account) discount.
This deal expires on Tuesday, August 25, 2009.

FW CashBack does not work with phone orders, clearly mentioned in CashBack's terms & conditions.

Its the cheapest price right now. Amazon has it for $300 but out-of-stock. Newegg has it for $280 + FS.

Its a quad GSM phone, so it can be used with any GSM carrier internationally. Comes unlocked from Nokia, so don't have to deal with contracts.
