i've used both of these online photo printing services before and have been very pleased with the quality and service, and generally both are highly regarded. both are having sales that end soon.
note: these are not the cheapest printing services around but if you want quality prints, especially in larger sizes, both are very good.
adoramapix.com is having a blowout sale on 11x14 inch prints on any paper finish that they carry (all are good). the sale unfortunately ends tonight (sorry, didn't see it until now) and is only $49 for 25 prints in this size, which looks to be about half off. you have to order a prepaid pack of 25 prints in that size, then you can just upload images and work off the inventory. here's the link:
mpix is the other site that i use, and it's really a pro level printing site. they are pretty expensive but are having a 15% off sale on all prints, all sizes. they are more expensive than adoramapix but are the best quality i've seen. here's the link:
I have used Adorama in the past and have been happy with the results.
Except for snapshot printing, I use http://www.nationsphotolab.com/ exclusively. Everyday low prices and incredible prints. Online ROE is a little funky til you get used to it though.

Not seeing the 11x14 offer anymore for Adorama. My guess is it's dead.
