Has anyone tried to use the code for the desktop? My son's computer fried and we are just trying to find something reasonable for him to use at this time (he is a 2nd grader). I have tried and tried but cannot get the DPA10?EOL code to take...what am I doing wrong? Its Saturday and it does not appear they have CSR available on the weekend.
