CA rebates suck!!!!!! I was ripped off and had to pay for a HD that was suppose to be free but they would not grant me the amount the rebate was for. I will NEVER use their rebates again!

I will NEVER use their rebates again!It was a variable-amount rebate, and I'm sure you didn't buy the right software for the higher amount of the rebate you were expecting. This is the HD-Attach offer (08-30301) you are referring to, right? Next time, use the offer# on carebatecenter.com to see all of the qualifying titles, and buy the most EXPENSIVE one if you want the largest amount rebate. They were all FAR...you would have received more CashBack anyways.
