Lowest current price from a reputable source. Robert's isn't B&H, Adorama or Amazon but they have a very good reputation selling camera equipment.
This was (and may still be) $329 shipped from Amazon but is out of stock. B&H has it for $399 as does Adorama. Low $300s used to be the normal price a year + ago. High $300s is the current going rate.
Not my favorite 50 1.4, but that's for another discussion.
Good lens. I got it from Robert's last time it was this price and am happy. One warning: The UPS package came requiring a signature...so you can't ship it to a place that you won't be at during the day...

Robert's is a B&M store that has been around for years and is extremely well respected on the largest Canon camera forum on the web. No caution needed.

I ordered the 50mm f1.8 last time it was available from Robert's. I can tell you THEY ARE GOOD.
Due to delay on their part to ship the item (just 3 days), they offered to overnight the item to me. I would surely order from them again.
