Not sure how good this deal is... (NBA 2K10 (PC) for $9.82 after taking egift card into considerations) but I post it anyway. BTW, this item will be released on October 6, 2009.

WalMart has NBA 2K10 (PC) w/ Bonus $10 eGift Card for $19.82 + S/H (you will see Free "Site-To-Store" option at checkout but it does not work untill October 6, 2009 when it's actually in stock"

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=12177193

NBA 2K10 will be THE choice for any sports fan who wants to play the most fun basketball videogame on the market. From the kid on the neighborhood court to the most elite NBA athletes, everyone will be playing NBA 2K10 this season.

Looks like a pretty good deal. Not sure about this e-card.

Any recommendations/reviews on this game?

This should be Vista 64bit compatible?

the ecard gets sent via email as soon as your order goes thru

who cares about vista 64 compatible when any 32bit soft runs on 64bit OS?

Yeah well I've had trouble installing/running some game software, even trying compatibility mode, while signed in as admin.

i have yet to see a game written in x64

WalMart CS was kind enough to ship to my home for free. Since the ship to store wasn't working. That was nice of them.

Now I just need to convert to a regular WalMart gift card. Ship is only .97c

Couldn't find the system requirements for this after some (admittedly brief) searching. $20 seems to be standard price, since Amazon has that same deal, but the $10 gift card is icing on the cake.

i'm just wondering when all football and basketball will finally die out on PC

Great Deal!!! I just did the it. You will have to wait longer than the Oct 6th release date to get it: maybe an extra 10 days, but Oh well. Really it works out to be a $7.50 savings considering there is a 2.50 shipping charge. I never shop WalMart but 2K10 for $10 is hard to pass up.

Opinons are just another point of view, but I fell for this last year and while it's a 'decent' game. I really enjoyed EA Sports version much better. NBA Live.

really? I thought NBA live has been particularly horrible the last few seasons and the 2k series has been unbelievable. Just my2cents.

Thanks, just got off the phone with WalMart CS, they said it wasn't available for site to store. Oh well, still not a bad deal

Amazon has a similar deal (well, it's $19.99, so 17c more but no sales tax for many and the $10 is a credit towards a future video game purchase). Free shipping if you have Prime or add $5.01 to the order for FSSS.

BTW is the PC version any good as compared to the version for the Wii?

You forgot about the 17c savings off the list price!

BTW can you easily convert the egift card into a real gift card for use in-store?

It appears that the release date of the PC version has slipped to 10/12 according to Amazon and GameStop (can't find the actual date on the WM website).

Got my game today. Strange as I was only charged $9.82 for the game itself, according to the packing slip and my cc company. I had already gotten my $10 gift card after I purchased the game. So it looks like a free game for me.

That is how CC used to do it, they would discount the item and charge you for the gift card to prevent you from returning item and getting the full refund while keeping the gift card. I just went through and put it in my cart and they are only charging me sales tax on $9.82 of the total, so I think that is what is happening.

BTW it does appear that this offer is still available, and ship to store is also now available, for free shipping (if slow delivery).

Yes I think I also saw a charge for $10...makes sense. Been so long ago.
