huh? wth? are you sure...

Sounds like a hot deal. I will have to check back tomorrow. Do you know what time this deal goes live?

missing a digit?....nope $277 for the set

the link isnt working for me

oh yeah i'd say this og poster was missing a digit lol

sounds too good to be true. Link is not working.

wow 100 bucks

OP, are you sure??
I needed a mattress yesterday...

The link does take me to the matresses but they are over $1000. I'm interested to see what they are tomorrow when the sale is supposed to start. Once at the site it doesn't allow you to add any mattress to any kind of cart or wish list. It says make sure you pick a size/color etc. even though I did. We shall see. Neil

Just gave a red for wrong posting! It is actually - $1,189.00 + tax+ SH

As much as I hate to burst the bubble....but cmon that is like 1/100 th of the bloody list price. I would buy FOR OP that mattress myself, should that price be true ....lol. But please don't take my opinion in a wrong way.

More details -as I mentioned - its a closeout

call Macys at Foxvalley Mall in Naperville. - 630-978-5440 and find out for yourself. I also verified Macys at Oakbrook and it is 117.00 for mattress and around 250 for the set. Please dont just give red with out verifying.

Sales agent Name is Julie Listro in Mattress department. May be buy through her and she might get some commission as she initially told me about this sale.

Also I am not sure if it is available online - call your local Macys.

Hmm... I'll have to give them a call tomorrow and see.

Their weekly store ads did shows the queen set to be $297. I hope I can get the mattress only for 117 tomorrow

And for god's sake, DON'T CALL!!!!

Thanks Sleekwallet and Jschuman! Both you fellas got a green from me...lol.

It is all in good spirit, people...all in good spirit!

I did not see 117. The cheapest is 277

Can the boxspring be purchased elsewhere for cheaper? Queen set is $297 mattress only $117 Boxspring twice the cost. Is it worth it to buy the set?

Thanks
CH

called macy and its $117 for mattress only and there is a $70 shipping charge

so its 117+70+tax = about $200

is it worth it ?

I just called Macy's and it seems we cannot pick this up in the store. Even from the store, it has to be ordered which will cost $70 ship. Can anybody confirm from east coast if we can pick it up from the stores. There are only few cities like Dallas, Houston, Portland, Eugene and few others where there is pickup facility to avoid the $70 shipping charge.

Web page says sold out now

good lookin out!!! i bought a queen set it was $380.00 shipped i have checked other sites and their around 500.00-600.00

Just ordered 7 matteresses to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping with 797 or more.

Now the price has been proven to be correct, did you contact the OP to buy him one?

This is definitely real. My wife went down to the Macys today and the people there didn't even realize it. We got a new twin and queen for $117 each. They did charge an extra $25 (total) for us to pick them up instead of the $70 for shipping, plus tax. So it was $280 total. Damn good deal.

Can you use this discount?

Macy's discount

Never mind! Excludes mattresses. But, print it out in case you buy something while you are there.

I sat on this bed this morning at Macys. It's definitely not a mattress you'd want to sleep on every night unless you absolutely have to. It's got the older style springs that tend to sway back and forth when you move. Also, the side walls are really thin and don't give much, if any, support when sitting on the edge. Still, if you're looking for a mattress for a spare bedroom, or you just love going to your chiropractor....this may be for you.
Seems like a good deal for the money, but I'd rather put another $300 towards it and get something I can sleep on.
Just my opinion, others may love it.

Are these in the store to try on before buying?? Does anyone have one and can comment on how comfy it is?

My mattress is 25 yrs old and I need a new one badly. I think this sounds like a good deal even with the shipping.

Should I be concerned that the coil count is 396? The other Serta's at $4XX in comparison have 500's. They Sealy at $6XX has 600's.

MMYK72, if this is going to be your "full time" mattress, I would seriously consider trying in store before buying. I was going to bite on this deal but then realized that I should put that money towards a mattress I KNOW I feel great on.

Just ordered two queen mattresses for $117 each for our vacation home. $320 for both including delivery and tax. Thanks!

I'm not seeing the $117 price. Has it changed or am I missing something?

I bought by phone this morning and I also went to the store today. The price is very good for the metress, but the quality is not good. I fill it is not firm, it is like plush. The style is old and I can't find any reviews of this metress. Maybe it is specail for Macy's. I can cancel ant time before deliver day, so I still thinking about it. If anybody already bought it, Please send the review. Thank you!

It would be my every night mattress for now. I'm thinking ANYTHING is better than my current one If it isn't super comfy, I can put it in my future guest room whenever I move to a bigger place in the near future. But then, $200 is not chump change, so I'd rather not spend that if it is a piece of junk and add a bit more for more quality.

$117 is without the boxspring. When you call to make the purchase, tell them you do not want the boxspring and the price drops to $117.
