Since I have Norton Internet Security, I received an offer for NU for $25. When I try going through the site without the link, the upgrade price is $30.
Norton Utilities is frequently a free bonus CD with NIS or other Norton products. While useful, in my view it's not worth $25. I suggest keeping an eye open for NIS or another Norton product on sale, with Utilities bundled with it. That's how I got my most recent copy.
I notice that it's now a 3 user item, whereas previously there were no restrictions of this sort. They call it an upgrade, but it doesn't seem to do much more than the current version.
