About the only reason I think someone would buy an old model refurbed ps3 is if it was one of the models that had backwards compatibility and they owned a lot of ps2 games.
Otherwise...these units are probably at least 2 years old. Totally not worth it.

There is a note that says this will not play PS2 games.
