Does anyone else get over charged by this company? They took off all my codes and charged me normal price then ended up refunding me the % off code but not the shipping.

Newport-News is part of Spiegel Brands Inc. I have a dispute with Spiegel doing the same thing now . They sent me a verifying email with the coupon and then refused it when they shipped the item and never gave me the option of canceling the order. The shipping charges were even higher. Check your charges, I bet you were charged more for shipping. They then charged me return shipping when I sent it back. They have done this before. I have a dispute in with my CC company. This is just plain consumer fraud and they should be called out for it.
I have placed a couple of orders with them. I took advantage of the 25% off gift card deal and then used to purchased clothes with codes above. So far I haven't seen any overcharges BUT they do take forever to credit your account back when you return an item All in all got a lot of great deals!
