The coupon is located inside your local news paper ad. Also there is a %20 off any single item coupon.
Have fun

Is this in the Harbor freight flyer or somewhere else? What are the dates on the coupons?

news paper?? What is a news paper?

I get all my news from the internet for free.

....oh yeah, I had to pay $300 for the computer, monthly for internet access and monthly for electricity, but it seems, well, nevermind, I guess it isn't free afterall.

looked in my local paper and found no ad or coupon
how about telling us what paper

I'm guessing they're very similar or identical to these:

http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.46

Probably easier to pay the $3 and not have to get a paper, find the coupon, and go to the store.

Also, I have some of these and they're quite nice.

I feel for you and your wife. But it's a lost cause. It's a fundamental paradigm shift. It's like saying people should support horse and buggies and forego cars. The thing that's killing the papers is that no one uses classifieds anymore. It's all about eBay and CL. There's nothing to be done about that.

Do you realize that you're the first person to use the term "paradigm shift" correctly since at least 1987?

Harbor Freight Scan (207.65kB)

Here's the scan of the coupons.
FYI - It says no photo copies but I have yet to be turned down. I have even been offered the 20 per cent with out a coupon whn looking at an item.
