I confess I'm a bit wary here because the stand is pressed fiber board and the bowl is plastic. The top is glass, which is good. The reviews are pretty good, though there aren't that many.
Outside of that, I was a bit excited to find something like this under $200. Amazon no longer has this in stock, and I wasn't able to find it very many places. Other aquarium end tables tend to be square and run about $360 and up. This aquarium holds 5 gallons and comes with a pump, filter, heater, and... solution, whatever that is. Recomended for freshwater fish.

That indeed is a good price for this type of setup. 5 gallons is really small though. Depending on the fish, you really could only put 1 or 2 fish in there. Smaller tanks are harder to keep decent water conditions in as well. Would work great for a goldfish or a betta though.

Have my eyes on this one too! But won't be purchasing one any time soon until move to a new place. Look forward to reading your reviews on Overstock!

I wouldn't keep a goldfish in there... You know how big they get?

A goldfish actually messes a tank up more....more slimy. 2 or 3 tetra would be perfect for it.
