Wow that is a killer price. I absolutely love this Netbook. I have had the blue one for almost a year now. I got it when it first came out so I paid about $450 I believe. The battery life is absolutely outstanding.
Thanks for posting your opinion, I have seen some good stuff about it and it has everything I was looking for including long battery life, bluetooth, etc. The price looks really good also.

where does the 14GB come in? i see the HD as 160GB...
If you have a hotmail account sign into bing with it, then it will say there you have that much pending after the purchase. It will also show in the cart if you go through that link. You do not have to sign up at ebillme, they send you the information to use at your bank's online billpay then you download the rebate form and send it in with the info.
I don't know why they call it a 14gb, but it's a 160gb hd and not a solid state. Here it is on samsung's site.
compare? I see it also has wireless-n. This would be a bit cheaper. Thoughts?

Sorry, wrong link. I can't seem to link directly to the Hanspree, but if you were interested, you could search TD for

That link goes to the front page. The aspire one for 269. looks like a great price but when I add it to the cart it comes up as a refurbished HP:
M975-11001 :: HP Mini 1030NR FW376UA Refurbished Netbook PC – Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz, 1GB, 16GB SSD, 10.1”, Windows XP Home (4.2 lbs)
I see the samsung has gone up to $324.99.

Thanks OP. You may want to update the title to reflect the new base price of $324.99. I believe the only difference between this and the Circuit City deal is that the CC deal had free shipping and $20 paypal rebate, and this one had $1.99 shipping and a $30 rebate from ebillme. So this one comes out a few dollars cheaper. Unfortunately I have to pay tax because I'm in Florida. I just ordered this one from Tiger Direct. I received my cancellation e-mail from the Dell mini 10v deal from the other day even with a valid epp, I don't feel like dealing with Dell anymore so I'm going to give this one a try. I hope the ebillme rebate goes through on this one though.
Anyone have any good links for getting OSX 10.5.8 up and running on this thing?
OK, it was free shipping when I ordered, didn't know they started charging 1.99. I looked at it on CC and comp usa but just went with Tiger direct as I knew they had the 15% bing AND 30 ebillme.
Get 15% CashBack! on Computers & Electronics. Shop Now & Save! www.TigerDirect.comBing cashbackBing CashBack
Click on it to go to the tiger direct and search for the computer by model. Put it in your cart and the bing Cash Back will show up, make sure you go to bing first and sign up though. When you get ready to use your credit card to pay there will be an option for ebillme, go that route instead. That's it.
I got an email right now that my payment has been received.
The way I understand it is that if you use ebillme, you must pay in cash. If you use PayPal with a credit card that offers an additional year of warranty service you get more peace of mind protection. And you get $20.00 from PayPal/CircuitCity. The extra few $ you save with ebillme/TigerDirect are not worth it.
That depends on the purchaser, I have no card that offers a year of warranty service so it's a no brainer for me. In fact I have no credit cards, got rid of them several years ago, just a debit card that can be used as a credit for reservations, etc. I'm not a big fan of extending warranty's anyway and will not get a credit card just for that. If someone is more worried about that then by all means go the credit card route and get the warranty, but for some like me putting it on a credit card with the temptation of not paying it off right away is not worth it and ebillme is the way to go. I do understand not everyone keeps charges on their card and whatever works for you is great, but I assure you the majority do run a balance month to month and wind up paying more for that extended warranty. I assure you I didn't figure that out overnight for myself though.

I'm sorry I'm such a newbie I'm still confused! I don't see the "Get 15% CashBack! on Computers & Electronics. Shop Now & Save!" Will i need to add the computer into my cart before I see the deal? is it both a 15% off deal and a rebate from bing? I'm sorry! I really do appreciate the help!

I am now a member @ bing.com. Do I need to make an account with TigerDirect.com before I make my purchase?

If you are talking about getting to tiger direct with the 15% link just go to the link and look at the image and these are the links.
In case you were talking about the discount showing up after getting to tiger direct through the link the discount will show up in the cart.
It would be a good idea probably to create an account at tiger direct first, although I created mine while checking out.

OKAY! I'm so sorry to do this again, but I figure out why I couldn't find the 15% was because my firefox blocked the ad. So, if anyone else had that issue don't use firefox. But, I'm still confused about the ebillme. At the cart do I just pay with my card? How does ebillme contact me? Or do I just need to send in the rebate...I'm sorry again, thanks so much for helping me
Anyway, they will send you an ebill email and you must have online bill payment with your financial institution. You set up the payment online with your bank and pay it that way, with your bank transferring it.

does that mean after i pay with my card on TigerDirect.com i should recieve an email from ebillme ?
No, you do not pay with your card. Where you would normally pay with your card there is a dropdown for ebillme choice, you select that and they email you the bill with info to enter in to pay the bill online at your bank. Your card is not used.

It's not firefox. Most likely, you have adblock installed. You need to turn off adblock temporarily, because the bing offer is an ad with cookies.

Watch out for this one.
It has just 14GB of hard drive space which is nothing!!
I also ordered the same one from Tiger Direct and also received bing CashBack. It shows a pending payment. Unfortunately, I've just got a message from Bing.com. They said my account will be closed and all CashBack I earned will not be honored. I don't know why? Anyone has same situation like me? I am sure I do nothing wrong.
It's a good netbook, I paid $275 for mine last year on eGay with Live CashBack, but the 600 pix vertical resolution is annoying. I'm not buying another netbook unless the stupid manufacturers have at least 800-1000 pix of more vertical resolution. The displays are out there, they are just miking the netbook hype with cheap, crummy displays.
