You will receive three decks ACTUAL Casino Playing cards used in the top name Las Vegas Casinos.
One Deck from Excalibur Casino and Hotel One Deck from New York New York Casino and Hotel One Deck from Luxor Casino and Hotel. Each Deck has been Factory Reviewed, Re-Sequenced in order, Sanitized, and Box Sealed to indicated these cards were used in a Real Casino. Each Deck has been certified to include all 52 cards. Two opposite corners of each deck have been descretely cut per casino regulators.
These cards are always in excellent condition. They were only lightly used in the casino and then retired.
Last week my grocery store (far, far, far away from Nevada), had retired Vegas casino cards for 25¢. Didn't need them but I bought all of the Planet Hollywood they had.

He should go into business selling them on e-b@y. I bet there are folks that would spend as much as $1.75 a deck for used playing cards ... he could probably get them to by three decks for $5 if he included free shipping!
