I saw Staples has a $10 rebate for the H560, and I hopped on over to see what the deal was. Their sale price is $34.99, and with the rebate, it drops to $24.99. Shipping, however, really killed it for me. The delivery fee was $9.95, bringing it back up to $34.94 after rebate. Then I found the Buy.com deal. $22.48 shipped, which is pretty darn good for a headset selling up to $40 elsewehere.
