So, is that paypal $20 off still active? Anyone got a link to the promotion?

Found it: http://www.CircuitCity.com/applications/campaigns/campaigntemplate.asp?CampaignID=524&SRCCODE=CCDAFFL&cm_mmc_o=-ddCjC7BBTkw**%20**zuubkbzfwlCjC-d2CjC-uu&id=k3787&sessionid=gan_172506237

Forgive the noob question, but how do you get the $30 off to work?

I gather its a bing thing (from the title) and so I signed up with bing but don't see any $30 off deal. The only thing I see is a 5-10% off from certain stores of which Tiger Direct (TD=CC ?) is one.

Clicking on the Cash Back link brings up the 3% CashBack that CC is offering. I see the $20 off from paypal, but nothing for the $30 off.

Ordered the XT version of this card last week (which was $209.99, so no need for filler). Got the 15% CashBack by searching for "circuit city" on Bing. The card arrived within a day or two of ordering it. Total price came out to about $158, which I think is pretty good.

The CashBack showed up in my account right away, but I'm still waiting to see something indicating that I qualified for the $20 back from PayPal.

Go to bing.com, click shopping and search for Circuit City and you should see the 15% off (like here) Note, if you are using FireFox you have to disable AdBlockPlus because it blocks the advertisement that you want.

There's also a $209 version of this card that will save you the hassle of finding a "filler".

You get the game same as the other. Just the 209 card has a 25mhz higher clock than the 199 one.

I just opted for the 209 to save the headache. 209-31.50 CashBack - $20 Paypal = ~157 free shipping $0 in tax.

This is more card than I need, as my monitor's only 1600 x 1200, but it'll be a heavy duty player for a long time.

I figured for the bump over a 4850 for $50 it was worth it, and the resale will be more beneficial down the road
too as XFX have the double lifetime warranty

yes.

Well, I mean it's massive overkill for that. But it'll do that well.
