There is a better deal for anyone willing to spend $50 more and do a rebate. It's an HP Pavilion Slimline s5120f Desktop Computer With AMD Athlon™ X2 Dual-Core 7750 which goes for $350 after an $80 MIR (+tax on $430, but no s/h since it's B&M or free shipping >$50.)

It has a better CPU, bigger HDD, it should qualify for free upgrade to Windows 7 and it's new, not a refurb. It was in the Office Depot flyer this week and it's available online, too.

Has anyone bought this computer? I did but I'm having a little problem. I made sure it had a 56k modem before I bought it but it says no modem found. I've went through all of the help and diagnostics to no avail. Dial-up is the only connection I can use so the computer is useless to me right now. If anyone could offer any help, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
