The Columbia Ballistic Vest is a fleece vest that is virtually wind proof. It features a fleece lined collar, zip map pockets, and zip hand pockets. It comes in light grey, dark grey, green, and blue. $34.95 plus $7.95 for shipping. This is the best deal I can find by $15.
