Rebate form says $15 for the wheel, $20 is for the notebook headset.

Also note it says nothing about coming with the pedals, which would be included with the retail item.

Have this wheel and it is AWESOME!!!

It does come with the pedals but only the gas and break :THERE IS NO CLUTCH.

The more expensive G12 racewheel comes with the clutch and a separate shifter.

This was designed for GT5(Gran Turismo) Prologue and the soon to be released complete GT5 version. I paid $75 off eBay and it is a completely different game now.
This also works with other racing games as well Burnout, Grid, Need for Speed. . .

amazing how much a wheel and pedals change a racing game. i wouldn't buy one if i didn't have them.

Its even more amazing if you get a car seat to go along with it. Just a cheap one from pick-n-pull works wonders.
