Just came back from my local Sears (Zip Code 01803) and found they are selling these for $90. There are a few in stock but store price is not reflected in the website.
I did see this one at the Granite Run Mall & the King of Prussia Mall in Philly area. Plus the Cypress "Garden Oasis Collection" For $99 regular $299 which to me seemed like a better set for the price. There was one other set it was pretty sweet but can't remember what it's name was and didn't see it online. It was $299 regular price $999. It was 4 wicker style/resin deep cushioned swivel/rockers with a table. So YMMV but it seems all the stores are clearing out whatever sets they have left.

Marked down to $66.93 in Falls Church, VA. Grabbed one, still 4 left in stock.
