Update #2: It gets slightly even better, if you're into the OD rewards stuff. Currently they have a 50% back on case paper during this week (http://www.myworkliferewards.com/loyalty/promotionView.do?code=octpaper ) So, the new version is

$15.97 AC/AR (+tax+stamps) - ~$15.60 (this comes from 20% off the OTD case price of paper...which comes to $31.19...and half of that is around $15 I think)
