Game is being released this Tuesday, 9/22. And if anyone rather have a Best Buy giftcard, they pricematched toys r us during the Batman: Arkham Asylum promo (though you probably won't get the action figure), so I'm sure they'll do the same this time around.

Same problem for me from both of the local stores...they said they had a lot more people than they thought they would at midnight. Dang it! >.<
You can get any Halo figure you like, if they run out of the rookie, you can get one from the action figure aisle for free too. BTW, out of sheer childishness, I took the figure out of the package. The left arm separated right away due to a bad mold, and I tried to place the SMG in the right hand and broke the wrist in half. These are best kept in the package.
