Last time I ordered from 6PM, the box said size 10.5 (correct size I needed), but the shoes where a size 8, had to send back. "Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as obtaining a return label." =(

Got three pair of Rockports there recently, and all arrived quickly and as advertised.
