The PSP®go System from Sony delivers an immersive, portable gaming experience. Boasting 16 GB of built-in memory, you can download the digital games, movies and TV shows via PlayStation®Network directly to the system. The PSP®go is also equipped with integrated Bluetooth® support so you can easily connect a wireless headset and use Skype™ to talk with friends. Additionally, it features an ultra-crisp 3.8-in LCD screen with a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio and 480x272 pixel resolution for graphics that come alive on the screen
At the Tokyo Game Show Sony announced that there would be no upgrade incentives for the US and that there would be no UMD conversion tool/service provided. So the PSP Go is looking like a good place to newcomers to enter, or for those who don't plan on playing anything in their existing UMD library on it.
I must ask a question here. I am not a cutting egde gamer. I usually play a game when I can get it for less than $20 used and often much less. PSP Go configuration would mean that there is no used game market for the PSP Go. So, maybe this is the way the industry is headed. Is anyone else going to have to give up on the playing their bargain games like me?
