Looks like a 2nd gen ipod suffle clone. Built in rechargable battery. 2GB. USB 2.0. Crappy headphones included. Spend $100 online/phone/fax orders only Coupon code: 13878973 Expires: 10/19/09. (usual Office Depot exclusions including technology)
Seems good for a freebie. I usually order 4 or 5 cases of paper at a time so $100 in office supplies is a piece of cake.

I got 6 of those cheap made-in-china Mp3 now.
sounds great, provided all the on-board electronics are just standard COTS chips, probably the same chipset used in Ipod or any of the more expensive Mp3s.
And then, you can easily replace the crappy headphone with better ones.
The best part about this is that, the mp3 format used are just the standard ones, no conversion like Itune or Sony something required. Direct dump from Hard drive onto the device. Easy.

Can anyone tell me how to recharge the battery? I have one but it has started to quit playing in the middle of a song and won't go forward or back until I turn it off and back on again. So I figure the battery is low.
