Mine also took only a few days, but I dont like the style I got. They bend in all different angles at the hinge. I guess its to help stop them being bent or breaking, but God I hate them, they always look crooked and who makes these like this, CMON!! As a matter of fact, Im gonna call em and see about a different style for replacemnt.
I've been very happy with both the quality and the speed of Coastal. Often I've gotten large orders of glasses within 4 days of ordering. I've usually ordered their $6.95 sale glasses, and also ordered them as custom readers, and they work fine, look okay, and in general are an amazing deal. Note that if you have more complex prescriptions, such as above +4 the expense goes up, since you need higher index lenses. Or multifocals, same deal. But for my slight myopia, $7 glasses rock!
A lot of local opticians try to push you towards the more expensive high-index lenses, but I have a -3.75 prescription and am usually happy with the free lenses from these mail order places. The next higher index costs twice as much but the difference in thickness is barely noticeable (to me anyway).

I believe they have a 30 day return,exchange or refund policy.
I have ordered several pair and was happy with all but one. I e-mailed them and returned that pair for a full refund. They were very easy to work with.
