You think it's some kind of mistake? I doubt it.... 99 cent sale for that stupid pillow and they just don't wanna ship it. Or they ship from Sweden?

they must be shipping from sweden since using the shipping estimator on the website, the starting rate is $19.15 for my area. And it's in their 2010 catalog, so should be 0.99 in-store as well, to avoid s/h.
