I got this the 1st, since that's the day toys r us said the free van halen offer went through (sticker says "offer expires 10/1/09.") However, when I printed the submission form it says "A copy of the original receipt, showing store name and qualifying purchase price dated between dated prior to October 1, 2009," which doesn't really make sense.
