I've used this coupon quite a few times at target and it works like a charm.

LeapFrog.com today has a "buy any 2 and get a 3rd free" promo on their website for toysrus. Tried to use it, and toysrus didn't reflect the one for free. Called their cust serv department and they said they have no such deal going on... and that it was valid last week. Nice of LeapFrog.com to keep their site up to date. NOT.

LeapFrog customer service is terrible!
We've tried to communicate with the President of the company and never received any reply.
Caveat Emptor!

I just sent them my feedback as well. If recent experience is any indication of future performance, they will ignore my message. Customer service is incredibally poor for a company on a "turn around path". From the outside looking in, they come across like a lot of businesses in this economy... they don't mind shooting their long term customers to make the revenue today. I could be wrong. But a short term strategy like that usually leads to even worse times ahead.

I agree with you. The csr's were clueless. They did not followup and some seemed concerned they never did anything.
As mentioned, even a letter to the CEO brought no response.
As you allude, I also thought that they must be hurting and scrambling to save their business.
After all, this technology changes quickly especially with kid's toys and educational games.
The stock price is just above $4 and it looks like they had a near death experience (stock at 57 cents) within 12 month time frame.
They've been losing money and hoping for 9 cents/share earnings in the next fiscal year (they hope)..
