Was looking like a decent deal until TigerDirect bundled slow memory. The 620 has no L3 cache. The lower speed memory hurts performance big time.

I think all repliers should say if they are refering to this system
as a gamer, or as a non-gamer reply.

Speaking as a non-gamer, this MB doesn't have HDMI or PCI huh???

It is not a duel use entertainment and game computer??

Maybe, but as I predicted a while back (due to immanent windows 7 launch /back to school and an upgrade / new PC frenzy), there was a big price increase on DDR2 last week. It is in the IT news that it has reached price parity with DDR3. A quick check of Newegg and DDR2 2x2Gb kits were ~$60.

Things are going to get interesting and buyers have to be smart. Now DDR3 is becoming (relatively) attractive Motherboard makers will start offloading AMD DDR2 (only) motherboards with nice rebates. However the DDR2 Ram will start to get more expensive than DDR3. So always best to evaluate MB+RAM price when making your purchase.

Those how don't learn from history are destined to repeat it. Look at the prices of DDR(1) these days.
