You have to sign up for "The Finn Club" by giving your name, address, and email.

Haha. Everyone talks about doing FW meet ups. Why doesn't anyone do it at one of these free events? It seems very much in the spirit of FW. (That is assuming you can use more than one GC at a table)

Got mine last week. And to answer the question about valid locations, the certificate does not mention being valid at any particular location. I think the location was only asked so they could send you emails about events at that location.

Certificate expires 1-31-2010

wow, signed up on sept. 28, 2009. just now got it in the mail after almost 5 months.
