I just saw it at my local bestbuy today. I also thought it might be 300 less $50 GC, but it was clearly stated at bestbuy BM in Cary NC that it is PS3 80 GB with $50 GC for $250.
Interesting. It only shows it as in stock at one store in my area....the store that's still being built in an old Circuit City that still isn't open yet. Hmm...
Both stores in northern NJ that have it in stock are selling it for $300 without any gift cards. One guy mentioned that they would match the price from another BB store if I had something in writing...

Yes. If you're going there, it would be great if you can confirm this with a pic to help other FW members in case they can do a pricematch with the pic. I am stuck with work now but i'll still try going there later. They have the PS3s stacked in a table with a piece of paper attached stating the promo.

It worked for me...the Cary, NC Bestbuy has the PS3 (80GB) and $50 gift card for $250+tax
