zantafio said:$119.95 Shipped on Ebay I don't mean $150 is a good deal, but flash cards from eBay could be faked one, either with less capacity or lower quality.
I'm trying to use this for a Lumix TS1 point and shoot that also records 720P HD video. Is this fast enough? Too fast? I want to be able to record a continuous video clip for as long as possible without being stopped by read/write speeds. (I know battery may be an issue, but I'll deal with that separately.)
Would a slower card work just as well? Is this card overkill for what I need?
Since this device does not support "Garbage Collection" nor the "ATA Trim command", the write speed will plummet by a factor of ten (IE... MAX 3MBps) after all the internal NAND blocks have been used for the first time; likewise, there is no method of restoring new write speed performance. If I am wrong please correct me.
