I have never heard of them, but apparently they have been around since 1995. Good price for what you get. Cheaper than Giganews for sure. $1 cheaper than Astraweb as well.
Have never used usernet before. Wonder what is the value? Is this something similar to bit torrent for pirating. If you have an account with them, it may be easier to trace you.
This would save be a good chunk of change every month. Anyone here use them before? Currently on powerusnet and I have been very happy with them, but I'll jump ship for a 5 bucks a month savings.
I'm with PowerUsenet for $15 per month. I use a temporary credit card from CitiCards with $ limitation on it. This way when I dont want the service for a month or two, I can choose not to recharge this temp card and my powerusenet account becomes inactive. When I add $ to the card, my usenet is back on.
Thanks OP! Been with Usenetserver.com for years, they just went up in price, It just renewed so I'll have them and Supernews till December, This will save me at least $60 a year!
