I just got back from the Tri-County Sam's Club in Cincinnati Ohio, where they had what looked to be all of their Guitar Hero and Rock Band games on Clearance (excluding Beatles Rock Band). I picked up the PS3 Guitar Hero Aerosmith/Wireless Guitar bundle for $29.81 (#244917). The Xbox 360 version was the same price. The PS2 version was $24.81. Guitar Hero World Tour guitar-only bundle was $35.81 for PS3/X360.
They had the all-instrument bundle PS3/X360 Rock Band 2 sets for $88.81 and Rock Band 1 for $54.81.
They had way over-purchased these. There were at least 8-10 GH Aerosmith PS3/X360/PS2 bundles, and at least 3-4 copies of all of the others. Rock Band 2 @ $88.81 is the cheapest I've seen for a new set with all of the instruments.
Anyway, I believe the $X.81 indicates this is a Manager's clearance, so YMMV. This deal is B&M only.
Update: I also found that they have the bare Rock Band game for PS3 for $9.81! Great for importing into Rock Band 2.
in philly - rock band 1 for ps3 is down to $4.81, guitar hero world tour ps3 is $9.81, ps3 guitar hero III bundle with guitar is $24.81. They also had "UP" for PS3 on clearance for $19.81
Last night in my Sam's Club they knocked down the prices more.

Scored Rock Band with instruments $49 for XBOX 360, you can check the web site for local inventory, then have them save it for you for 72 hours also XBOX 360 Guitar Hero World Tour single guitar bundle $14.62?
