Kmart was transitioning from model IT7000 (a stretched canvas backing, across a tube frame) to one that is a hard board,padded backing that looks like this this new model (except the new model is blue/gray, not red/gray as in the picture)
I didn't actually purchase one, so i didn't have the info handy.

Do these things really work? Anyone with personal experience? Does it relax your muscles like tens units do? I read some reviews, but I remember trying one and didn't feel any relief. I'm seeing a chiropractor 2-4 times a month for a regular spinal adjustment which makes me feel great for some time.
