I have NEVER found stock on any OD clearance item in my area.

I hate it when they do this.
They should stock the entire country with these envelopes. Why should only some people get the benefit of the envelopes? Kind of like that insurance deal Harry Reid cut for Nevada. They should redistribute the envelopes the way the Prez says we should do with the wealth.
