I hear the coupon doesn't work. Is this true?

I guess not everybody knows that you can restrict Google searches to less than 3 1/2 yrs.

I called my local Office Depot a few minutes ago(about 3 hours after I placed my order) and the guy said that they've had about 25 orders come in during the last two hours for the DVD's and that they haven't even begun to start filling them yet.

I guess the good news is that he didn't say there was any problem with the coupon, but I won't be surprised if they screw me over.

Well I called OD and was told the offer was bogus. Unless U have a paper coupon with the bar code then
a number is not enough

Coupon code 89233386 just worked fine for me,
I'm heading to OD to pick-up my disks...$11.66 total (6% Florida sales tax for me)

it works for me too. I placed an order of 8, for the +R type.

I picked up 2 cases (100 each) of Ativa DVD +R on clearance yesterday for $2.25 each!

I placed an Order to pickup @ Mountain View, California Store. Called up. They said the order will be canceled as the offer is for Canada. (BS). I didn't argue as I was busy with some other issue.

Not to burn out this thread. TJMax (Milford,CT) has Verbatim(made in taiwan),TDK,Sony 100 DVD+R spindles for $7.99 hidden away in the electronics section ! I bought 3x100 spindles for $23.97 + 6% CT tax. So long !

OOS in louisville

I think some people buy up a store of a deal and then sell on eBay. it's ridiculous. these people should be banished from fatwallet. has any one thought about how to find out about such people?

They could still read about the deal... 300 dvd's are not that much really.

It's 3 spindles!
Somehow, the statement gives the impression of 300 spindles

Well, store said coupon was Canadian and not valid. Cancelled my order.

ordered around 4.15PM PST and picked up at 5.55pm PST.

went smooth even though the manager took his time reading the email confirmation printout.

Worked fine for me, was able to get one in Dallas. Mine were waiting pickup.
Compared the Order Numbers and i was on my way in less than a minute.

My order was canceled as well.

my order got shipped! I also have a pickup order. I will try to pickup today.

I ordered yesterday and they almost didnt honor it, but said they would but not in the future since it was a Canadian code. Bummer. green for the effort!

I got the fraudulant coupon spill as well, wouldn't let me pick up....

Skipping 5 Messages...

Picked one up, but if it is CA only then it should only work on the OfficeDepot.ca site. Tough luck for OD if they cant figure out their systems. Its bad enough all these stores with the ohhh sorry...the store system is different from the online system. One ass doesn't know what the other is saying. Makes for good deal eh! (for my Canadian friends)
