I agree... Ikea is pretty cheap but the quality of their pictures and frames is so bad! I bought a framed picture and cleaned it with a damp cloth once and the frame peeled out... black paper laminate on compressed wood!
...I'm just having a chuckle at the "famous actress" adjective... I have not seen her on American TV for over 20 years. And even back when she was doing bit parts on Love Boat and other, ummm, "quality" shows where other "famous actors and actresses" were put out to pasture (see "Fantasy Island"), fleeting name recognition hardly merits "famous actress".
