$10 CHARGE TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PHONE WHILE ALREADY ON PAGEPLUS SERVICE, PER PAGEPLUS TELEPHONE REP. This is not true, there's a seller on eBay that does it for <$3, you just have to make sure there are $10 on your account before doing an esn change. Even if you're on this plan/unlimited plan.

I recommend http://www.keithwireless.com/activations for online, instant activations... at $0.99 it is the cheapest way to go ($9.01 less than pageplus official website!) and is INSTANT and includes the $12.00 account credit. I am in no way affiliated with this company but have used them twice for activations and it went flawless and fast both times!
