Im sorry, Im relatively new at building a PC and probably to most PC retarded. I know enough to get me by obviously but I just got a Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition and a ATI Radeon HD 3870 Graphics Card. Obviously Im assuming that this will work with this or I am just blatantly retarded.

The CPU and graphic card should be compatible with the MB.
However, you may need to be careful when buying the powersupply. CPU would need 125W and graphic card probably another 75W i.e 200W on +12V rail just for these 2 components. With both these power hungry components, you would need a good powersupply rated 450W~500W or better, depending on rest of the configuration.

I was thinking about getting a 750 watt psu. CompUSA has one for 69.99, not to thread jack but I saw the reviews on this were pretty good, especially for the price. Im not an avid gamer, but Im interested in building computers and just computers in general. Heres the link for the Comp one, any feedback would be greatly appreciated and OP thank you for the find I ordered one and the heatsink, cost 77.41 after tax and shipping. Cant go wrong. Thank you so much!

You are not a serious gamer and spend that much for a video card? That is more than my budget for the whole computer and the room to put it in Are you sure, you belong in Fatwallet? Just kidding...
You can add this to the cart via the "Froogle" link (Google price search) and then open a superbiiz page from the Bing Cash Back site and receive 5% Cash Back. You can also use the coupon TRICKORTREAT and get $5.00 off this board. YMMV on Bing Cash Back and use of coupons.

don't go with the ultra, they switch manufacturers too much and you never know what you are actually going to get. They used to have SOME solid units, but its hit or miss. For a decent rig, get a corsair, PC power + cooling or other good brand. They are on sale often, and make WAY more power for their rating.
Just for comparison, i have a corsair 400W psu powering my Folding@home rig(means its running full load 24/7).
That rig has a Asus 780g board x3 8750 toliman cpu 9800gt (overclocked for ppd) 1 1tb hd 1 Blu ray reader 1 DVD/RW
That 400 W psu doesnt even get very warm with my CPU and GPU at full load all day. I know NVIDIA recommends a 500W+ PSU for the 9800gt, but if you have quality, you can get by with less
That is one hurdle every new builder has to get over, stop relying on cheap psu's and get something of reliable, known quality. After all, the psu is essentially the most important part of a computer.

I took your word for it. Thats funny because I was just about to put the order in and I saw this. I ended up getting a OCZ Game Stream for 69.99 from CompUSA.
