First ad's a perfect size but the other three are way too small. Can you re-upload at a larger size?

If you have Microsoft Picture Manager (comes with most versions of MS Office from 2003 on) you can do bulk resizing with that.

Otherwise, you can download some batch resizers from download.com, or a trial version of some Adobe programs (I think Lightroom can do this as well)

My local Costco just got Self-scanning stations a couple of months ago. If you use these, as long as they scan you should be fine.

If you don't have Self-checkout at your Costco, it might be YMMV as far as printing them in B&W. You should be getting these anyways if you are a Costco member, so be sure to visit the Member Services desk next time you are in to update your address. You can even tell them you didn't get the latest coupon book and they usually will either give you one from member services, or scan them for you anyways at checkout.
