Green here! These were the top rated phones by Consumer Reports last year. I just bought another set 5 handset unit from Sam's Club auctions because it was cheaper than buying the expansion handsets seperately. Even at that, the normal $20 for an expansion handset was a pretty good price. These units rated high for distance and clarity. The phonebook is shared so all handsets receive updated information when you store a phone number. My previous Uniden required you to copy to each handset individually. The are the older models that have been discontinued. The new AT&T models have bluetooth so that your cell phone can be answered from any handset when you walk into the house. The also cost more.
