FTD should make vacuums... When you go through the AAA link, the product is magically 'UNAVAILABLE'...
Same result with FW link.... but warm deal nontheless...

Try ordering by phone. 1. Ask for this special you saw online at FTD.com 2. Once csr confirms its available then. 3. "Ohh by the way....I am a AAA customer w/ 25% discount." Lets see what excuse they have then?

Service charge kills it but I think it's a great effort!

It actually shows as unavailable and now $30. This seem eerily like a ProFlowers bait and switch.
and i was also wondering, is it possible for them to get into trouble for, lets say, discriminating against 'poorer' people by discouraging use of forums like FW? and by 'poorer' i dont mean poor, but just people who like to save money, so please dont be offended
This should be reported to Tim's staff right away. Admin alerted about referral discrepancy....

haha I am getting $29.99 for service charge on $19.99 item, wtf are they thinking?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We will be contacting FTD and looking into the issue.
Could you please provide more details as to the way you went about getting it to show via the FW link, and with the $29.99 price? When I go to FTD directly (clear cookies) and search for the item, it tells me it's not available. If I click through FW and search, it tells me the item is not available. Typically, this would indicate that this is a deal available through a specific link (the one provided by the OP).
HOWEVER
Obviously, there must be *some* way to access it via the FW link. It's just helpful to understand how in order for us to most appropriately address this. Thanks in advance for the added info!

It appears the answer is indeed that this is a link specific deal. The $19.99 deal is one available specifically through the link from the OP. That link: http://www.FTD.com/11122/catalog/product.epl?product_id=FC21&external=11122 And the product ID is FC21
The FW link for a similar deal goes here: http://www.FTD.com/12343/catalog/product.epl?product_id=FE97 The product ID being FE97
Interestingly, if I go directly to FTD.com and search for either product ID, I get a message that the product is unavailable.

also, if i place an order in the cart through the first link. then do a FW referral to FTD and look at my cart, it is in my cart as unavailable. i would have done FW, but FTD screwed us all. Hotels.com i think also does stuff like this.
You can order by phone for $19.99 + shipping. Just ask for Item #FC21. But you cannot use more than one (1) promotion at a time. They told me the 'email' was a promotion in itself.

Thanks for the info on the service charge. I did not notice it the first time I check out the website.
FTD is *terrible*. my gf's bday came and went, and she didn't get the flowers. i called only to then be told that they ran out of stock. they "attempted to send me an email" (they did not, but i did get a bunch of spam emails from them). they didn't call, didn't leave a voicemail. *but* they were kind enough to charge my credit card, despite not delivering anything. when i brought up that they had charged my card, they offered to refund it (which they still have not done).
just a terrible experience. hope it worked out better for others than it did for me.
They canceled my order also. They did send me an email, but I failed to look at it. Found out when my wife came homea nd did not mention anything about her flowers. Called and they offered me 8 stems of roses for $35. I kept asking how they could run out of roses, and she could not answer. Seeing that it was now Sat. and teh surprise at work was ruined, I just went to the store and bought 10 roses and and a large bouqet of other flowers for %15.
