Got this tonight and thought it was a great deal. 25% your first online order from Pei Wei; YMMV because online ordering is not available in all markets. There is no code, the cashier takes it off from the total when you pick up- I didn't even have to ask. I will be a repeat customer with each of my email accounts!
Can I order online and eat it there or is good for take-out only. It appears the discount won't show on screen, they apply the discount when you pick up your food. This sounds like possible problems.

Just pick it up for carryout and then sit down at a table...I don't see why they would care if you changed your mind.
