Couldn't find this posted yet. Amazon has this emergency power supply made by Duracell that has pretty good reviews for $19 (retail $30). FSSS eligible. Doesn't appear to charge devices requiring high power but seems to charge iPods and the like pretty well. It's also pocket sized.

Downside is that it's charged via USB but there are plenty of wall socket adapters for charging USB devices.
