thanks - I just gave my twin nieces a set of trains and track (2nd birthday), but being twins, I am supposed to get 2 of everything. Now I will have two Thomas trains.

Looks like they've now limited it to only 1 promotion -- either free shipping or LCFRIEND -- per the website. I received an error at checkout stating that only 1 promotion could be applied when entering LCFRIEND. The shipping charge is $2.95 (to TX) for reference.

Call me paranoid but it wouldn't be above some people to remove the toy from the original packaging that identify it as a recalled item due to lead based paint. Wouldn't want to compromise my kids safety just to save a couple of bucks. Better to get something with proper packaging so you can verify its safe. Just food for thought.
Received mine on Friday (no shipping confirmation). Thomas the Train + Toby the Tram. Two of each ! Probably because the site was hammered when I tried to order (one set) and I did a reload ! In case anyone cares, my card got charged $3.98 twice with consecutive order #'s.
