Lots of cheapo stuff at DX (DealExtreme) with free shipping. If you ride a bicycle, now that it's getting dark earlier, consider mounting a flashlight. Here is a decent mount for a couple of bucks.
Be careful that a lot of the stuff sold by DealExtreme is very poor quality. If you're counting on a bicycle light to save your life in a heavy traffic situation, test it thoroughly before taking out on the street. And consider carrying 2 or 3 in case one fails in the middle of your commute.
