you should add this also:
"For a limited term membership. Offer not valid in Florida, New York, Hawaii and City of Industry, CA and other select locations or at Super/Ultra Sport clubs."
Bear in mind, both offers do not include their "SuperSport" locations - which are really not any better - just cleaner from what I've seen. The annoying thing however, is that all their new locations (and more conveniently located to me at least) are supersports. Sigh.

Not renewable and only 1 club but it seems like the Costco deal isn't renewable either.

looks like the link to costco has expired?
so only single club location? that's a drawback for me. but good thing about their membership is that you can put the membership on suspension if you decide you need a few months rest.

It is sad that they offering $25 a month for an add-on user right now ... that's $300 a year. Saw the sign at the front desk. That's probably an all-club add-on, though.
I bought the Costco 2-year for $299 back when it was still available, and I hear that they will renew your membership for the same amount when the pre-paid one expires. You may want to call your local Costco and see if they still have a few of those certificates laying around.

Does anyone know if for the Costco $299 for 2 year offer, is there a processing fee or initiation fee that needs to be paid once you go to 24 Hour Fitness to start or do you just buy the $299 certificate and you're good to go? Thanks!

I went in today, Showed my Costco $299 certificate at front desk. She called some one and told him " Cost Deal " Only thing I was asked if I wanted a Personal Trainer for a fee. I said No thank you and 5 min I was a member. No Processing fee or Initiation fee. Not bad for $12.50 a month

I signed up for a one-year $199.99 membership last December; my current membership expires on 12/21/09.
I've seen discount codes for $199.99 and $179.99, but you must be a first-time member.
Does anyone know how I can get another year for $199.99 (or better!)?
